the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was good and had many choices.
the room was quite warm. there was no air conditioning, i should have checked. the windows opened only a few inches, so getting cross-ventilation was difficult.

charming stay near the thames
great location clean room friendly staff
i stayed for a few nights. the location was great, near tube stations and the river (i enjoyed the river walk). the twin room was clean and spacious, and i slept really well there. the breakfast was also a highlight. the staff were friendly and helpful. there was a discount on wine for hotel guests, a nice bonus.
the road outside was noisy at night. i heard motorcycles and cars with loud music (it was hard to sleep). the old windows let the noise through.

the hotel has an excellent location, with access to various attractions (30 minutes to major attractions). public transportation is convenient. many pubs and restaurants are nearby.

the room was spacious and comfortable, with twin beds that ensured a good night's sleep. there were also nice complimentary items (i liked the tea and coffee). these details added to the quality of the stay.

the staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information and directions. they seemed genuinely interested in. sammy was particularly helpful in getting tickets (to les mis!).

lack of air conditioning street noise
The staff were friendly , always offering assistance when needed.
I was disappointed by the lack of air conditioning , it made the room UNCOMFORTABLE , especially during the day. The noise from the street at night was loud , i could hear everything.
